Are just one of the many ways The Howlong Golf Resort is able to provide support, services, and facilities to our fantastic community.
Each year through ClubGRANTS, clubs across NSW provide support to tens of thousands of local community organisations, sporting groups, and charities that make a difference in their local area. With more than $1 billion in funding provided since the program’s inception, ClubGRANTS is without doubt one of the largest and most effective grants programs in Australia. The program is made possible through the support of NSW clubs, local councils and the NSW Government.
As part of ongoing commitment in supporting and giving back to our great community, The Howlong Golf Resort are ecstatic to be able to share some funding opportunities that go a long way in developing our great community whilst ensuring that it continues to thrive for the years to come. Below you will find some information that will assist you in the application process that outlines the criteria we are looking for when we decide our successful applicants.

Category 1 Funding Criteria
Eligible Category 1 expenditure is allocated by clubs to projects and/or services that contribute to the welfare and broader social fabric of the local community, including:
Community welfare and social services
Community development
Community health services
Employment assistance activities

Category 2 Funding Criteria
Category 2 expenditure is allocated by clubs to community development and support activities. For example, sport, returned servicemen's league or veteran welfare, golf courses and bowling greens etc. This also includes wages paid to staff to carry out maintenance.

Our contributions to the community have been in instrumental in assisting individuals, supporting community projects, and promoting local welfare. Our involvement has allowed us to create positive change along and the opportunity to collaborate with organisations who need support. The Howlong Golf Resort absolutely thrive on being an integral part of the community. With community at the heart in everything do we value the local support and will ensure that we as a Club continue to provide the necessary assistance to our local businesses and the general community as a whole.
